The club is open to pupils who attend Trevithick Learning Academy in years reception – year 6. Admissions are based on a first come first served basis. You and your child are welcome to view the club. Appointments can be made by contacting the school on 01209 713460.
All children attending after school club will be collected from their classrooms by a member of the team. At the end of the session children can only be collected by adults who are known to our staff. If it is necessary for someone else to collect your child, we respectfully request that you introduce them to us prior to the collection and provide written permission from yourself as parent/guardian. The person collecting the child may be asked for identification.
Whilst we are unable to refund fees for any booked sessions missed, please let us know by midday if your child is not going to attend the club for any reason.
Accidents & Incidents
Any accidents or incidents involving your child will be recorded in our accident / incident register. You will be asked to sign the written account informing you of the treatment administered or action taken and given a copy for your own records.
Medicine and Sickness
We will administer prescribed medicines following the school’s policy. All medicines must be clearly labelled and parents must complete a Medication Form stating that you are giving permission for us to administer a specific dosage.
Equal Opportunities & Inclusion
We operate an equal opportunities policy where we work towards eliminating discrimination based on sex, race, culture, religion, disability, age, marital status and nationality. This will be achieved by promoting positive self image, self esteem and anti-discriminatory practices and by respecting each other’s diversity, languages, cultures, beliefs and principles. If your child has a special educational need we will work closely with you and any relevant agencies to ensure their needs are met.
